Role Model... You dont need them when you have FRIENDS !!!

How much can a person count upon his friends? For what? Just not for mere help or support. I can count on my Friends ... as a substitute for a role model. Well, I am not saying that my friends are perfect... but each one of them has a special characteristic... a special give away... !!!

Sam is the one who has tremendous commitment... If he decides to take up any task, he ensures that he pursues it, right until the end !!!

Taran is the one who has all the patience... he can remain calm even in the most stressful situation. He has the knack of putting forth his point, in a very humble and passionate manner.

Sanjeet knows how to carefully spend his time and money. He doesn't believe in spending without planning. In Bhagwad Geeta, Sri Krishnaji says, "The one who can't save instances of time, doesn't learn anything big. The one who can't save little money, doesn't save any big money".

Diana exhibits the nature of compassion. She doesn't think about who is at the receiving end. She only believes in doing her best for the needy. Ever ready to serve. Learning about the receiver of help, doesn't matter to her.

Finally, Jagadish inspires his friends in the most apt manner. He formula 'Nothing is impossible' works very well for me. You talk career or personal life, Jagadish is of the kind who gives you immense strength to think about every situation and go ahead with decision making.

Sam, Taran, Sanjeet, Diana, Jagadish are all among my best buddies. I only need to look at each one of them and borrow a single aspect of their personality. Do you think I really need any role model, when I have FRIENDS ???

Pool of the Nectar of Immortality - Amritsar

Well, the masses comment that any person who is a mumbaikar (born & brought up in Mumbai) feels the most comfortable in Mumbai. Despite being a mumbaikar, I somehow don't fit in this so-called belief. Of all the wonderful places in India, one place that I instantly feel in love with is Amritsar.

A little research made me discover that Amritsar means a pool of nectar of immortality. Well, it sounds heavy... but I think I understand what it means !!! I have experienced Amritsar for less than 3 days. But those 3 days were indeed blissful.

The golden temple is the one that imbibes in you strong positive vibrations. As you bow down or take a dip in the lake, you feel blissed and rejuvenated. The people at the temple treated us with such great hospitality. I never felt like returning back.

When I watched 'Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi', I remembered every moment that I had spent at Amritsar. For the same reason, Amritsar was a bigger attraction than Anushka Sharma in the movie for me.

AMRITSAR... its an experience....

Go ahead n experience it, at least once in your lifetime !!!
